Welcome to the standing abs workout. I am so hype for you to do this workout. You’re going to love it Let’s just jump straight into it. I’ll give you more information as we go as usual You’re going to tuck your abs in and You’re going to hop on one leg as you kick forward If you can’t do the hopping do the version on the right just make sure you are moving This move in particular is here to help you get your heart rate up We all know by now that if you want to have those ABS of your dreams You gotta burn fat in general and this move is a fat-burning move. So let’s go go at your own pace You can go faster than me slower than me. You can be in bed, too. I’m not judging That was awesome, okay, you’re going to raise your hands in front of you Try to keep your arms parallel to the floor and raise your knee to touch your elbow suck your abs in as you do this Awesome, when you’re doing standing climbers, you’re basically using your ab muscles to raise your leg That’s Talent that my friends is what I call Talent let’s go Good we’re going to do jumping jacks next if you’re unable to do jumping jacks Cuz you can’t jump don’t wanna jump don’t like to jump. I feel you do the version on the right. Those are step jacks They are just as awesome. As long as you’re moving. You’re awesome. Let’s go Make sure your abs are engaged as you do this. That is a suitable alternative Yes Do as many as you can manage With your burpees you can step your legs out jump them out. So well, okay, we’re gonna do a horse stance pmv you’re kind of in a squat position but not too low and you’re just reaching from side to side if you have weights and you’re Able to use them you can do the version on the right to make this more intense Make sure your core is stable and rigid You’re just reaching from side to side very intentional movement Always thinking about your core Good. Oh, you look so good Your legs are like a base just solid on the floor not moving. I Don’t want to see no noodle legs. No noodle legs, please Not today Not this year That was awesome We’re gonna finish this up with high knees if you can do the version on the left get your heart rate up burn that fat If you’re unable do the version on the right where you’re just raising one leg at a time? It doesn’t matter what level you’re at. You’re at the level that you are at and that’s good enough. Let’s go I’m so excited you made time to workout today. Okay so I love your workouts because of the modifications and your beautiful positive attitude but I have an issue here… I have just lost a few stone but still have very larger cumbersome breasts, hence why I love the modified versions for the jumping ones but the last place I have tonnes of stubborn fat is my love handles and I heared things like oblique twists help but I can't do that jumping one cause the pain would be unreal on my back. Is there a way of burning my love handle fat without straining my chest too much?

  17. I love your videos. These 10 minutes exercises work for me first thing in the morning before work. The longer ones are good after work and on the weekends. Thank you for these, they help me with daily workouts. And they don’t burn me out.
