Hi this is Tim and Shana from Punk Rope.
We’re at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and we found this cool little spot. Shana
is going to show you rotation which is one of the key skills in jump rope. It’s
all about body control and rope control. The idea is to turn toes and hips ever so
slightly to make a complete circle. Everyone has a preferred direction—that’s the easier one—and the idea is to also go the other way which is more
challenging and see if you can do it in both directions.
