How to use loops in Swift Playgrounds on your iPad — Apple Support

After commands and functions, the next chapter
in Swift Playgrounds shows you how to repeat
sections of code with a loop. Imagine you’re helping someone
plant seeds in a garden. They might say,
“For each of these four seeds, make a hole, place the seed,
and move five inches forward.” To write a “for loop,” use “for” and include the number
of times the loop will run. ♪ Then add the commands to repeat
within the curly braces. ♪ Now let’s see some looping code
in Swift Playgrounds. Since Byte does the same thing
in each row, you can write code
to sow one row, and then loop it. ♪ One more time. ♪
