Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village.
In this clip we’ll be using a bike tube to perform a swim motion. Now this can be a little
bit difficult with a tube, so you do have the option of using your resistance band if
you have that available to you. So what we’ll do here is we’ll bring the tube back around
behind us and
hook the thumb so that way you have control of the tube. And from here you’re just looking
for a swimming motion. You come up and over and pull back, up and over. You want to be sure to execute the exercise
nice and slow so you get the full benefit of constant tension on the muscle. Again keeping the core nice and tight, always
working on core strength.
