What’s up guys, welcome to today’s workout. Today’ we’re going to get through a full body HIIT workout in just 20 minutes It’s going to be sweaty, it’s going to be intense but I promise you will feel amazing as soon as you are done. Hopefully….we’ll see. To get through each work session which is 45 seconds All you have to do is work at your own pace and challenge yourself then you’re going to get a 15 second rest. We’re going to keep moving and keep that intensity up through the entire workout. I”m going to be using a couple of dumbbells for today’s workout to add some resistance but if you don’t have any equipment on hand, or you’re brand new to working out you can totally do all of these moves just body-weighted.
