    FAQ:

    – How many times a week do you have to do this workout?

    You can do this 2 to 3 times a week but take at least 1 day off between each session.

    ex: monday – wednesday – friday

    – How many reps or how much time do you have to repeat each move?

    Just do it until you feel tired, then add 10 more reps, and then 10 more, … until you can't do it anymore.

    – How much do you have to lift?

    It depends on your level. If you are a beginner, then you can always use a watter bottle. But if you are already used to that workout, then you have to lift heavier.

    Feel free to swap the weights with books, caned food, a chair, … if you don't have any weight at home.

    โš  Those exercises are totally useless if you don't do anything to lose weight with that.
