Child dies after fall from trampoline park’s rock climbing wall, police say

NOW, THEY’RE WORK BEING THE PARK’S CORPORATE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. EYEWITNESS NEWS REPORTER JUST SPOKE TO POLICE ABOUT THE DIFFICULT CUSHION INVESTIGATION AND THE DIFFERENT STEPS. Reporter: THE PUBLIC IS NOT GETTING INSIDE TODAY, BUT THE POLICE HOPE TO GET IN AND SPEAK TO THE OFFICIALS AFTER WHAT LED TO THE DEATH OF A 12-YEAR-OLD HERE. THE SIGN ON THE FRONT DOOR SAYS DUE TO THE PARK AND FAMILY, THE PARK IS CLOSED TODAY. WE LEARNED THAT CHILD DIED YESTERDAY AFTER A FALL FROM A CLIMBING WALL THE NIGHT BEFORE. HE FELL 10 TO 15 FEET WHILE WEARING A HARNESS REQUIRED TO CLIP. THE POLICE SAY THERE’S NO APPARENT SIGNS OF A CRIMINAL ACT, BUT THEY WANT TO TALK TO OFFICIALS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TODAY TO MAKE SURE THERE’S NO NEGLIGENT. THEY WANT TO SEE THE VIDEO INSIDE AND THAT WAS SAVED BY THE OFFICIALS. THEY WANT TO TALK TO THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO THE CLIMBING WALL THAT NIGHT. THEY AGAIN TELL US THAT THEY’RE ASKING QUESTIONS,
