Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! Today I have a workout video for you. This workout is a bodyweight only, tabata style HIIT routine with a lower-body focus. Its comprised of 5 sets of 10 total exercises, in an A-B-A-B format. Each exercise will last for 20 seconds, and there will be a 10-second rest period in between exercises. The entire workout is also listed in the description bar of this video if you prefer a written out version. This workout is perfect for people who are short on time, have little room available to workout in, and have no equipment available. This workout is fast-paced and surprisingly brutal, so make sure you have water handy. If you need to take longer rest periods, or make low-impact modifications, definitely do so. Above all, listen to your body. If something feels wrong, stop immediately. This video doesn’t include a warm up or cool down, so make sure you get your body warmed up before jumping in. Let’s get started! So, I hope you guys enjoyed this work out! Hopefully you took less breaks than I did, but even if you took the same amount or more, hopefully you’ll agree that this was a pretty decent, quick HIIT routine that you guys can do in your own home without any equipment or any weights or anything like that. For me personally, I try to do at least one or two HIIT routines per week. Sometimes a little bit more, sometimes less. But it’s a really good way to work on your endurance a little bit, and also to help your heart health. For now, I’m going to take a shower. If you guys enjoyed this video, give it a big thumbs up and subscribe if you haven’t already and I will see you next time. Bye!
