At Home HIIT WORKOUT With Weights


HIIT workout with weights. We’re gonna be using dumbbells in today’s circuit to add some resistance and increase intensity We’ll start off with a quick warm up and wrap up with a stretch and cool down So, grab those weights and follow along, we’re getting started right now.   6. Love your HIIT workouts with weight, and thank you for breaking them down into different circuits which can be done separately. Now that i can’t jump or do high impact, these workouts with weight (making own modifications when there is jumping involved) are much needed. I can still get a great workout and get my heart rate up. Thanks so much 🙂
