    因為我想朋友找到我,所以請問怎能夠開始有個專屬channel名稱(別人在YouTube apps 搜尋時候,選擇按下”內容類型”之後,按下”頻道”。搜尋結果只有自己的專屬channel )? (幾年前另外戶口用Yahoo mail 開始YouTube ,一段日子叫我要頻道名)(例如按880good 只找到international good press)

    為何 儲存 另一頻道清單,電腦和手機各自不見了?

Omg so i foumd out about HIIT from another youtube video on how ro get fit for the summer, ive never heard of it, so, i searched it up and found this.. a fee days ago i watched the video to see what the workouts were to see if it would be good for me and if it was to good to be true. I figured it looked easy and i had nothing to loose, so, i tried it tonight. I didmt realizr how intense it was, jesus christ XD but i did it, and even thi my cheeks r now red, it was great! I feel tired but in a good way. Will definitely try to do this everyday! As a student its hard tl find time to workoit with all my homework, especially being an advanved and honors student, so this is amazing!
