  3. Another great workout you guys! I have a question, when I am on the floor and you say to pull your chin to your chest so your back is flat, well that ends up with my neck hurting after a while. What am I doing wrong, and how can I correct this? Thanks for the great workouts I love working out with you guys.

    I've done three or four of your workouts now and I'm a new subscriber — and possibly a new patron! It's great to do your workouts when I really feel like I can't get to the gym — and sometimes I even do them at the gym (people probably look at me strange, getting up and down all the time, though…).

    I think my favorite line ever was the first video I saw of yours — not sure which one — when Coach Kozak said, "Do whichever variation is right for you TODAY." I have been dealing with arthritis since I was 13 (I'm now 20), but my mom is a fitness instructor, so there has always been this expectation that I kill it athletically, and there are some days that I just can't. It's really great to hear (for once) that just because I can't do that harder modification today, doesn't mean I'm any less of a fit person — and I'll be right back at it tomorrow to try again. The only thing I absolutely cannot do (and since my diagnosis, I haven't been allowed to do, though I try) is the push up or plank on my hands (knees or feet) because of my shoulders; they'll just give out or pop out of place if I try. The best I can do is a plank on my forearms. I'd love to see a modification for people who maybe can't get in that position from time to time, just so I know for the future.

    Anyway, thanks again for being motivating and dedicated YouTubers. You're changing lives!

  12. Hey coach and Claudia! Just finished this workout and peeling myself off the floor! I love your mission and all of the workouts I have tried so far. I workout with you 5-6 days a week. My why = getting fit and healthy so I can help others do the same. I started my journey 70bls overweight in a job I am not passionate about. I am going to get to the point where I can switch careers to help others accomplish their goals. 10 weeks in down 13 lbs.

  18. I don't normally post on YouTube but this is one of my favourite workouts. I started doing this workout when I was roughly 5 stones (31kgs) heavier last year and it used to kill me when I started my journey to getting fit.. I haven't done this workout in about 3 months until earlier today when it absolutely destroyed me.. I considered myself fit now which clearly isn't true. i guess there is always room for self improvement.. As an aside, just wanted to say thanks to Hasfitl.. the workouts on here are fantastic and definitely make a difference!

  21. Hi guys. This is still a toughie. Got to increase the weight on some of moves,so that made me happy! My neighbor came over yesterday and told me that she was sure I was trying to kill her after i suggested she try cardio abs(Smurf jacks ). I'm so glad she is pleased with hasfit ( and she's a physical therapist!) C u again soon! TY!

  23. Amazing workout. This is the first time I've done HIIT for 45 min, usually I'd do it for 30 min or less but watching you guys motivating us to continue through the whole work out kept me going. I have a question about the numbers of calories burned at the top of the screen, do they show how many calories coach Claudia is burning throughout the work out and how many calories coach Kozak is burning? Or am i missing something?

  24. I'm 8 kgs overweight and plan to shed those in a month. Been looking for a workout routine to follow. If i do this 5-6 days a week. Will i be able to fulfill my goal and will my body get toned?

  25. Loved this work out! I'm currently doing tabata HIIT w/weights videos 3x/week, getting whooped into shape for my friend's wedding in a few weeks! I purposely bought a dress that was a little snug as extra motivation to stick with these workouts ๐Ÿ˜‰ feeling good, thank you!

  26. Would love to have options for those of us who can't do squats. ๐Ÿ™‚ I love them, but per Drs orders, no longer allowed to do squats or lunges! So sad!!!!

  30. OMG I started with a 25 pound vest on thinking this workout wouldnโ€™t push me…..oh how wrong I was. I finished but now my vest is nowhere to be found. The plank row twist is killer ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿฅด

  34. Had to slow the pace by the end but I never stopped!! Thank you for your amazing videos! I also learned today that Iโ€™m horrible at the crab but itโ€™s now my new goal to be able to do it well!

  35. Hard workout but he transitions were so fast, especially from floor to standing, that I had to stop video and back up to catch up and figure out what the next move would be

  36. Yay! Made it through with 1kg ankle weight on each leg! Is it recommended though? It definitely added more difficulty on some moves!
