  4. day 23 and I fucking hate myself because I came home (I already ate lunch) and then I saw that my family had nice chocolate filled dumplings but they messed the cooking up and they were soaking and falling apart but I ate 5 of them anyways and now I feel so bad and just want to finish this programm and I am kind of scared that I will never be allowed to love my body and to live that happy, healthy lifestyle…

  13. I'm starting this tmrw. Wish me good luck bc I need it xD. I weigh 70 kg and have average height so I look quite fat tbh. My mom is also 70 kg so I get really embarrassed when I think about it xD. My goal is 60 kg. I will follow ur workouts bc ur workouts work the best for me. Last year I lost like 10 kg in 2 months. I did multiple workout and drank green tea instead of normal tea everyday but I gained more weight than before ;-;. Last year my weight was 60 and according to my height I looked really slim but after 2 weeks of exams I gained weight so rapidly and quickly. This time I am gonna try to maintain my weight (^^)/

  17. I actually use this “Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it), a guide for diet. I can currently get to sleep Six to eight hours every night, that is a truth. In addition to that, Two pounds had been burned within my excess weight also. Generally if the instruction manuals are put into practice, the belly fat will certainly lost! This specific is an excellent approach to slim down. .

  19. Hi chloe! Could you do a workout like this? All routines without making noise, but the most important: for little spaces.

    I can't do large movements because I only have 60 x 180 cm of free space. So there are a lot of exercises I can't do.

    A lot of us can't go out of home due to covid19. I would appreciate that you do this.

  20. I’m in grade seven. I’ve always had bloating issues my whole life. In grade five I was very insecure because without eating anything, my stomach would stick out so far, while everything else was skinny and fit. Girls in my class wwould ask me “ are you pregnant?? “ It may have been a joke to them, but it hurt my feelings. I found Chloe not that long ago and have been doing her workouts everyday no matter what. My stomach never bloats and I am starting to see my abs coming in!! I’m super excited and just know no matter what you can achieve anything. Thanks for reading 🙂

  34. I injured my right wrist and elbow in a car accident recently so it hurts when I put my weight on them, but I really am trying to get fit! 😣🙄😭❤❤❤❤
